Simmons rims; will these fit a 240z?

I dont think either would, the offset on the first ones were too positive and I believe the stud pattern was different on the second ones. But I know the four stud corolla ones from that era were the same, so maybe...

I wouldnt risk it unless you could fint out exactly though.
