white280 Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 hey guys as much as i never thought i would even consider this im thinking of selling my beloved 280zx. it was an awesome daily driver for the best part of 2 years and then i got a job involving alot of plane travel and basically parked her up and she hasnt moved for 12 months. i will hate to let it go as it was going to be a project of mine but i want some more parts for my track car and i want a car trailer. plus its just sitting there being wasted 1982 datsun 280zx 5 speed manual resprayed at some point including mirrors, front and rear bars ect L28e 2.8l fuel injected straight 6 lowered on king springs windows tinted targa roof (also tinted) electric windows and mirrors all still work BAD POINTS: has a slow head gasket leak. small bubbles visable out the side of the head when hot. the car was still very much drivable like that and wasnt overheating small surface rust patches have appeared under 3 places on the paint interior needs some loving any questions im more than happy to answer them currently doesnt have rego and the battery is dead so best picked up on trailer $1600!! can be rego'd easy it just run out 12 months ago. 0421 938 985 - i dont answer blocked numbers. msgs welcome located adelaide, northern suburbs Quote
