Natez Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 looking at the vicroads website http://www.vplates.com.au/ipplateorders.htm you can choose a number of types, obvously the large one for the rear is the go, and a slimline for the front, ...wel that what i want anyway... but what about the colors, black backing or white... and any ideas on custom plates... just thinking out aloud...but i had a quick play around... and they had dat24O with the 0 being a o in the new style of plate, and the RB24O with same thing with the, o, evan thinking LPOWER, would be cool Quote
Zeddophile Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 I was just going to go with a normal plate, but request to have ZED-260 assigned to me Quote
zedevan Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 the best one i've seen so far besides all the word ones has been SIL80, which i'm guessing someone would be quite happy to part with a bit of money for, if only i'd thought of it first! there's a guy i've gotten a few bits off who has sxy240 sxy260 and sxy280, but all in normal plates, he just saw those letters were coming up and hunted around to find them, kinda cool, so they dont look custom but kinda are... i was thinking RBZ250 if i put an rb25 in it, or 1JZED would b mad for a 1jz engine conversion, although you can't have a number first so DAT1JZ has been the best i can think of so far for that...and anything else with DAT substituted for THAT is cool i think i'd prefer the look of a slimline on the back as then it would be centred vertically on the panel...but then ? ZTWO40 Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 you could try ZTWO-40 for a 240z or ZTWO-60 for a 260z Quote
zedevan Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 there's a thread on this happening at classiczcar and someone had two40z i think, pretty cool, should i buy it then try to sell it for $3000? Quote
