Rear Shocks for a 240z

Hey having a few problems trying to locate a cheap pair of shocks for the time being for my 240z... monroe and kyb have stopped producing them and pedders were looking at around $270 just wondering if anyone else had some alternatives... At this stage i just want to get something not looking at throwing in anything expensive that will all come later...

Don't know if they're still available but Gabriel gas shocks were fairly cheap for a reasonable gas road shock.

Depending on where you are try one of the Z specialists, like the Z Shop in Melbourne, Z16 or All Z Parts in Sydney, and I don't know of anyone in Brisbane since Alan Stein has wound down the Z car Workshop and is mainly concentrating on tyres.

or call warren at zworx, he might have a rear set spare you could have...
