i got the rear long peice out that runs across the back of the car with those clips. i unscrewed the side panels wich had all but 1 screw in each missing. these are the panels i need help with. i try and lever them out from under the gas struts that are there for when you open the boot but i can't seem to get them out.

Hi, I own a z32 300zx and am helping a 260zx owner install speakers. I just need some info on removing the plastic panels in the boot to get to the speakers. it seems to be impossible to get to the speakers. i tried to get them out by removing the plastic bit that runs along the back and wigling the side peices around but was too woried that i would break them if i tried to move them any more. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Pat
