benny
Got some progress to report Engine Bay is now finished!! Im going for a superclean look with everything shaved/relocated in the Bay. Here are some brackets I made for the Ignition Leads. 1. Cut it out of 2mm Aluminum Sheet and drill hole for Valve Cover bolt. 2. Bend it at 2 points. 3. Clean up Edges and Slip Ignition Lead holder on. 4. And Install i also cut the leads to the correct length so its nice and neat. Also added my thermo fan will try and run with just the one but may need two.

KatoKid
Good stuff Benny. Most guys wouldn't be bothered with making something like those brackets.
peter t
That is very neat Benny. Off to the shed to cut some brackets out.
RB30X
Did you say you made your own leads for that? I know the standard lengths are too short to run like that.
benny
Thanks Guys, I dont mind spending the time to get it right. The leads were custom from autobarn ( the longest i could get) then cut to size and re-terminated. Ben
RB30X
How long were the longest ones and where did you get the pieces for re-terminating the ends?
NZeder
Nice, neat, tidy - I like the effort you have done to make the leads look like that Mike
benny
Hey RB, Longest off the shelf are 42" i needed one custom ordered from the manufacturer at 45" for cylinder 6. I just cut the old ends off straightened out the connectors and re-terminated them. When these get old i will order a roll of 10mm cable and fittings and do it all myself. benny
Well its finally time for an update!! Have moved house now and am still getting the shed setup, things have been very busy with work and a a baby on the way, trying to get the zed finished before it does!! Anyway after waiting for absolutely forever and being told so many different dates of when my wheels would arrive they finally arrived today ;D ;D I raced down to the importer to get them, then found a tyre shop about to close there doors to mount of my tires quickly. Now the purists will hate but im a fan!! Obviously will need the mega ZG's to tuck them in. This is the end result-
