L28/26 Crank diffrences

Hi all, I have 2 x cranks, both have P3040 cast markings.

At the flywheel end of the crank one has a 36-0 marking and the other 42-1

Does anyone know what the differences are in these cranks

note how the balancing drill holes are in very different places on the 2 cranks
