I’ve owned it for 31 yrs, it was resprayed 30 yrs ago, still good. L31 Turbo, adjustable suspension courtesy of SW Motorsport, big brakes, R 200 Lsd, drives smooth and handles very predictably. It is such a nice rust free car. About 400hp 18 psi boost.

Here’s a few more shots. 
The handling up grades courtesy of Stewart Wilkins, full length chassis rails, big improvement and bracing around sill to chassis rail /TC rod mount plus up to chassis horns, these cars as u know are piss week as they have little to no A pillar and flex like rubber.

If it was me (and if that counts for anything), I'd probably look at using a modern turbo, modern ECU and coil on plug set up etc.. there is some really good stuff now for L-engine guru's.

And I'd add aircon in the old Z. So you have a nice comfortable street driven Z with modern luxuries like aircon for those hot summer days. But also plenty of power when / if you want it.

Air con! No thanks if I wanted a modern car I’d use my daily, as for ecu and the link u posted they won’t make any more power. 400 hp in a flimsy and light car is plenty, trust me.
