Posted May 16, 2017 Share Posted May 16, 2017 (edited) Have you taken it to an Auto Electrician to have it looked at?I would be very surprised if both the motor AND the switch have failed...Also, don't drive your 240Z in the rain - it makes them rust. gilltech Posted May 16, 2017 Share Posted May 16, 2017 The switches get worn and the contacts get dirty, and the wiring terminals can detach. The wiper motors despite being in a protective sleeve can take up moisture and seize solid. So the problem could well be either. Or some other electrical problem. George Posted May 17, 2017 Share Posted May 17, 2017 I took one of my previously owned Z's to an auto electrician and they were able to fix it. Worth a shot if you're desperate.
