WTB: Rear Tail Light Panel 240z

Hi Guys,

 

Am in the process of getting the Z re-sprayed and have come across ALOT  of rust in the rear tail light panel and hatch lock panel.

 

Does anyone have a parts/donor car that i could cut these out of?

 

PM me... need these asap.

You will probably find it hard to get a rust free section, you can PM ledge on the forum, looks like he can make just about any thing.

Ebay often has the rust repair panels for the hatch lock area......... $50 odd bucks

Unless the section is really, really bad i would say you won't need a donor panel as the areas you are talking about are not complicated to reproduce. I've done 2 myself and yes that is the same car.

There is a guy that sells them locally on ebay or if you google your nearest Rare Spares stockist they will be able to order you in one. Check out the rare spares website for other rust repair panels they stock for the Zeds
