Hi Danial, one of my old apprentices has an Z31 that was leaking fuel. ( the norm) so he put it in the shed five years ago and said he would fix it when he gets some money, well it's still there , he has the money but not the enthusiasm . Just a dust collector , he spent 6 K and put it in the shed, go figger.

Had a turbo auto and an NA manual, sold them both. Not worth spending any money on. lost about a grand that i spent on new parts. Lesson learnt.

I had an 88' Californian turbo sold it purchased a S15 have since sold that but my son also has an 88' Californian he purchased about 5 years ago, still running, Daniel Moore does most of the work on his car in Burwood Vic the engine is robust but they do have vacuum issues, sensor issues etc when they are running they are great but when they are not they can be a headache to sort out their AFM's are expensive also but I kinda think they are a cool car smooth round line go well and in the right hands can be a powerful beast if engine functioning properly.
