Wanted R180 Diff cover

Hi All, I'm chasing only the back cover for an R180 diff. The one that came with the diff has a ceased filler bung that I have tried soaking in wd40, heating, tapping and using a vice (so have previous owners by the looks) does anyone have a cover that they are willing to sell?

Anyone thinking of doing an engine swap and needs to sell their L26? Let me know please? It has to be a known good/running. I have one in mine that is non-seized, it drives but smokes more than "Cigarette Smoking Man" after a long day dealing with Mulder and Skully (anyone? No? Too obscure?)

I recently bought a my 1974 260z 2+2 knowing it had issues, the PO messed with it, timing is 180 degrees out and that's the least of my problems. I am realistic to know the limits of my skills and rebuilding an engine is not in my skillset, but I have budget for the swap. I am awaiting the quote from dandyengines, I want to keep it stock, I have refurbished SU carbs, but I know I am looking at 10k AUD, right?

I know of an L26 which has sat for 10yrs and is non-seized but that's not really moving me forwards much. Any help would be appreciated, let's keep these beautiful cars running!

I know it's not even remotely close to zed related, but I'm looking for any old Shogun brand mountain bikes from the late 80's & early 90's in particular a model "Prairie Breaker Pro / and or "Team Issue". It had a red/black/white/chrome paint scheme with a "U" brake on the rear wheel behind the cranks. I have a pic below of a similar model to give you an idea...even that model I'd be very interested in! Please let me know if you have similar; you can have some cash or a few nice zed parts!

My local auto electrician has advised me that the indicator switch on my '73 240Z is beyond restoration (right-hand signal stopped working). Any leads to purchase a working second-hand switch would be very appreciated. They appear to be in short supply out there.

Hi folks,

A few scammers are lurking in the background of the forums.

What I've seen a few times now is someone (legitimate users) posts a wanted ad and these scammers will send you a PM saying they have the part and to contact such and such on a specific email.

Here is an example:

Cut a deal with Hector Harris. He has a 240z engine crossmember for sale in excellent condition... You can reach him on his email hector_harris@aol.com

I don't think it's the same Hector from Fast and The Furious running spoon engines but I can't be sure.

Anyway a few things to look for.

1. Saying they are based in the US.

2. No legitimate previous posts. So appearing under multiple new member profiles.

3. Often a completely different email to their username.

4. Sends you a PM telling you to email someone else.

I'm sure these scummy bastards will try alternative approaches, but I'll see what can be done about preventing newbies from sending PMs. I hate to do that, since new members often need to send a PM after joining, but I don't want people to get scammed by these spinsters.

Please continue to report any similar PMs or activity on the site that seems suss so I can look into it.

I'm totally in the dark with the PM system so I don't see any of this. So reporting it is the most effective way for me to stamp it out.

Stay safe and always deal via PayPal (which offers buyer protection) over say bank transfers or other money methods. Obviously dealing with people local in Australia and picking up items in person is best where possible.
