Try a Gyro and ask for a pot  ;D The best stuff is in March with the Fringe Festival, V8 Supercars at the end of Feb early March and that friggen flower show that books out accommodation everywhere.

I'll echo everyone else that there's nothing to do in Adelaide :P

Spend it with people you know. Nothing better to do.

Adelaide is a lot of fun.

Wine wise, I like Langhorne Creek or McLaren Vale. The Lion Hotel in Nth Adelaide is great for a few wines on a Sunday session..always a good band there. Friday night the Bath Hotel in Norwood or the Maid and Magpie are fun. Some have bands. Glenelg is also good on a Saturday...try the Pier Hotel.

If you like Greek food, try Estia in Henley Square. Alphutte has fantastic food on Wakefield terrace. Star of Siam has great Thai in Gouger St and Beyond India does good Indian on O'Connell St, Nth Adelaide. If steak is your thing, try Gaucho's Argentenian restaurant on Gouger St.

If you want a quieter beach day than Glenelg, try the Largs Bay area, and have a bevvie at the Largs Hotel afterwards.

You might also like a visit to Penfolds in the Eastern foothills..nice wines and a bit of history there.

Finally, the Norton Summit hotel does a great pub meal with a nice view of Adelaide.

Cheers

Jamo

What about the national motor museum at Birdwood. And Port Adelaide has a maritime museum a railway museum and aviation one as well.
