C.A.R.
Day Cancelled. Due to finding issues with the Zed that can't be fixed in a short space of time, I am cancelling this workshop day. Thank-you to everyone for their interest in attending & I hope to run this day again sometime in the first half of the year. The LightMaster (Bruce) needs some urgent 'maintenance' performed on his Zed over the New Year holidays. It's basicly a suspension & brakes refresh with a small amount of rust repair thrown in. Date: 29th of December, 2012. Time: I'll be starting at 8am, but just turn up at whatever time suits you! If you are not holidaying away, come join us! This will be a great opportunity for newer members to learn a how to work on their Zeds as well. BBQ & refreshments will be provided. Location will be at my home workshop near Warragul, Vic. PM me for the address Any interest or suggestions would be appreciated! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Attending: Lightmaster - Bruce Maygz - Simon Zedman240 - Dimitri PB260Z - Peter Peter Mac Agno - Alex Sirpent - John (Maybe) Scoota - Mark (Maybe) Bluebird68 - David Myself. MaygZ
29/30 I can do. What's the list of jobs to do and what are the tool requirements? Coil-overs? Nolethane kit throughout? Ball joints? Tie-rod ends? wheel bearings? The fronts are so cheap they might as well be replaced. Shockers/inserts front and rear? Steering wheel?

Agno
How about adjusting a handbrake of cars with a disk brake rear end? Mine is awfully adjusted and I wouldn't know where to start to make it better
C.A.R.
I have my own tools, but if anyone has a FULL toolkit/box they could bring, it would be very handy. Half dozen blokes fighting over the one spanner would be a nuisance... Alex - we shall see what we can do!

YosemiteZed
Great to see the Vic community sharing their wealth of experience and at an open practical knowledge opportunity Agno This is an simple and easy adjustment that I have come across on a site when rear discs are installed that you might want to explore at the w/shop day, as it appears to be a common issue after mods on rear brakes, check this link http://www.nyzcc.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=297 Its great to be a member of the site and these events give it more strength I wish I could be there Cheers Phil
