lightmaster240z
Today at eleven in the morning a 72 year old Lady decided that it was a good time to come and park her car twenty mt in side my new shop. Thats right in side the shop. :o :o :o :o :o Taking out the one half of the glass front door and half of the stock in my shop only stopping at the back wall. The old bag missed me me by only a mater of feet in the process cariring down the length of the shop fill it with smoke and burnt rubber and broken lamps. The good news in all of this is that I get to tell you I and my staff member are both OK but I now have one hell of a big clean up ahead this week end. I have to thank the Rev mate for looking after me on this one because one one was hurt and the stock can be replaced. I did make the local news so that should help sales. regrads Bruce

C.A.R.
Seriously glad you are OK mate! You really shouldn't have installed those novelty traffic lights in the shop mate - clearly the old duck got confused!
madz
Clearly the old dear sounds like a bright spark. The ordeal would have left her light headed. She obviously didn't have Light-ening fast reactions... I guess your shop now needs re-filament? Maybe she was a LED-foot? Have the police investigated to shed any light on the situation? How many little old ladies does it take to change a light bulb? Don't worry mate - there's light at the end of the tunnel. In all seriousness, I am glad you are ok, let us know if we can help in any way Bruce. Jane.

peter t
Good to see all OK. Happened to me once years ago when I owned a butcher shop. Had to throw all the meat out in the display window [no window left] in case people got arcenick.
nizm0zed
Perhaps she mistook the shop at the end of the street for the light at the end of the tunnel...
