Or does Dave go outside and do some kind of rain dance so the water runs will be full. Cyclone Debbie wasn't it last time for the trip to Lofty's. It wasn't that bad after the stinking hot weather in Brisbane over the previous week it was great to have some cool weather and the rain we had on the run was not a problem and no rain once we got the Lofty's. it rain on the way to Leyburn but cleared up by the time we got to the pub. The drive back to Clifton was fine. it did bucket down that afternoon but we were set up in one of the carports at the cabins. Sunday morning we did past on the drive back via Spring Creek Mountain Cafe which really was the only thing we missed out on. Bonkers Posted October 20, 2017 Share Posted October 20, 2017 You will need to become a member of the Z Car Club of Queensland .Their AGM is only a matter of weeks away so joining then would be the best time. They do social runs from time to time. But some runs are by invitation only.This is because some runs are to private residents like Lofty's as he is a world rally champion and there is only so much room. . One run coming up soon is to visit a model railway club combined with a navigation run.
