Before you decide to purchase read up on galvanic corrosion and the differences in tensile strength of stainless steel bolts compared to your original steel ones. Pay careful attention to locations that do require a specific tensile strength. I haven't looked at the bolt kits you linked to recently but have done my research a couple of years ago and will not be using a single stainless steel bolt on my car.

Thanks George. Will definitely be using the correct grade bolts for the mechanical components as they're designed to be torque'd to spec, however it seems that these SS fittings aren't even suitable for simplest of fixtures. Will probably purchase zinc plated fittings as I go along.
