One of the organisers Damien has been working his ass off to one up himself with the incredible trophies he made last year and he has also made a slot car track which will be in operation during the day and given away as the first prize in the raffle. It's all for a good cause raising money for Cancer. I was there last year, 200datsuns parked on a grassed show ground. This year will be bigger and better. Hope to see a few of you guys out there. It was hammered home on the day, but for those who didn't go all profits from the day go to the Cancer Council as donations. While I can't tell you the final numbers on the amount of money raised yet, provisionally we are somewhere in the mid $4,000's in funds raised which is absolutely brilliant for a single day community event, so thanks again to everyone who came out. I think for next year we are going to have to impose a lock in so I get more than 45 minutes to walk around and see all the cars before people decide they want to go home!
