Sean Dezart 14 Posted September 13, 2015 Sean Dézart, in and around Zs for 26 years now, current President of the French Datsun club (with nearly 1300 members - not all active of course), previous Dutch Z club member for 4 years and before that Chairman and events organiser of the UK Z club. Around 4 years ago I discovered that nobody was marketing reasonably priced s-steel exhausts so I set to it. Yes, there was a make and I was in contact with Judy at Stahl but they stopped and their header was already $900 before shipping and yes, there is Kameari and Fujitsubo but, a) their exhaust range is limited I feel and it all costs the donation of a small child ! I've sold modestly into Europe since and developped and evolved the goods until now I feel confident to sell to a larger and more distant market. In the range currently are : 1 3/4" primary pipe Full-race header : US$799 1 5/8" primary pipe Race-sport header : US$661 1 5/8" primary pipe Street-sport header : US$537 Full 2.5" exhaust line with standard rear muffler : US$559 JDM twin-exit rear muffler : US$160 I'm looking at less expensive methods of shipping, currently US$380 (tracked and insured) for a header and exhaust (with standard rear muffler) and JDM rear muffler. I'll be very happy to answer any and all questions. Best regards, Sean ps this thread also got me thinking.....: http://www.viczcar.com/forum/topic/5610-240z-exhaust-hurricane-headers/ 1 Ponyo240z reacted to this
Léon 764 Posted September 13, 2015 Quality looks nice. Question: Why did to decide to copy the Stal design headers? It's well known to us Aussies that it doesn't work as well as other brands...
dat2kman 207 Posted September 13, 2015 With the way our Pacifc Peso is, to the USDollar r the YooRow, it would be far more sense to get headers made here in Aus, and ship from here. For us to purchase, the exchange rate is a killer, then add rapeage for shipping costs! The above are not that dissimilar to the current Stew Wilkins units, but the LHD aspect of the above has them designed accordingly to miss bits f steering shaft and/or later 280zx with recirc steering. These (I believe) are actually copies of the Nissan motorsport race headers and street headers, and look like a very good replica too (at initial glance). I have pictures of these in a book at home I can scan for comparison.

Stahl : http://www.stahlheaders.com/Frame%20New%20RR.htm US$910 !
Sean Dezart 14 Posted September 1, 2016 These (I believe) are actually copies of the Nissan motorsport race headers and street headers, and look like a very good replica too (at initial glance). I have pictures of these in a book at home I can scan for comparison. Pictures attached ! Best prices for shipping (via DHL with insurance) are as follows : JDM rear silencer : AUS$135 Street-sport manifold : AUS$401 Full race and Race-sport manifolds : AUS$432 Combined manifold and exhaust line* : AUS$605 *can also include the JDM rear silencer. I've produced a 2+2 extension pipe to allow all the above to be fitted on S30 2+2s (MX2-074-F on the attached photo). I've almost sold out the current batch (within 1 month of them arriving) - the next batch is planned for December and will include the optional quieter classic and JDM rear silencers (in order to pass the ever-stricter track-day noise-level tests). Any questions welcome. :-)
44014 52 Posted September 22, 2016 Could you supply me a stainless header flange? Like just the part you weld the pipes to that bolts to the head?
Sean Dezart 14 Posted November 24, 2016 The latest batch - ready for shipping in January 2017 ! 1 Ponyo240z reacted to this

Sean Dezart 14 Posted February 6, 2017 Latest (2017) prices. I continue to evolve the parts and develop the range available and those parts marked '" * " are already being produced and will be available later in the year.
Sean Dezart 14 Posted July 1, 2017 Hi. A little bit of news and an update of my prices. Unfortunately, with the way the € is performing against foreign currencies, I’ve had to readdress prices with an inevitable but modest (2.5-ish %) increase. As a good gesture, anyone with the intention to buy can do so now (against an August delivery) and pay using the previous prices ! I have some parts still in stock – the rest will be available from mid-August. Included now on the list are my new 280ZX parts and extra S30 rear silencer options. In 2018, I’m hoping to offer a choice of S30 downpipes and also an L28ET header and downpipe. Kind regards, Sean ps thanks to you all ofhere who've already awarded me your confidence with a purchase - don't forget that I offer a full, after-sales service (if at all needed). Sean Dezart 14 Posted January 23, 2018 Hi chaps. Been a while and I'm sure that you've been as busy as I have elsewhere. The last batch sold out within 2x months and the latest has just arrived meaning that my garage once again becomes a rich 'dump' of cardboard and stainless-steel ! If anyone is interested, not all was pre-paid and reserved. Cheers. 1 Ponyo240z reacted to this

Sean Dezart 14 Posted November 21, 2018 Gosh - I haven't seen this year go by - so busy. Next batch available in January and a lot pre-sold with the current -15% discount. I've done some tweaks here and there for better fitting, finished the Fast-Road header and produced a limited run of stainless-tubular L28ET headers. I still haven't got around to finishing the S30 downpipes between the stock manifold and my exhaust line - that's next ! I did finally sit down and produce a map of clients - not too much detail as I don't want anyones' car stolen but a fun way to see how well you know your neighbours, here it is up to date* : https://www.mapcustomizer.com/map/Zstory exhaust customers *however, I might I have some of you - if so, please contact me via an PM. 1 Neuby reacted to this
Sean Dezart 14 Posted January 3 Zstory wishes all its past, current and future customers, families and friends a Happy and, above all, healthy 2019 ! I have some disappointing news to annonce – my next batch won’t be available until end-February and I’ve had to postpone production of my new L28ETurbo manifold for flange compatability issues which cost me some delays, not helped by the Christmas and New Year holiday shutdown. I sincerely apologise for this delay of a month and invite anyone, for whom this presents a problem to contact me via PM. Please rest assured that once they arrive, I will do my very best to expediate tham asap. Best regards and once again, my apologies. Sean
