GongZ
This car has been mentioned on the Club.NZ site but not here. It is a 240Z with a turbocharged Nissan V6 just in front of the rear wheels! It would have to be the wildest and possibly most pointless customised 240Z I have seen. One of the more impressive things about it is the way that the rear of the car's body is removable - you can hardly see the join in this photo - http://oppositelock.kinja.com/i-went-to-bobs-big-boy-tonight-1523339979/all More pics half way down this page- http://www.oddimotive.com/2013/08/irvine-cars-and-coffee-sightings-august_24.html
Impatient1
I guess that's one way to get rid of the engine smells

GongZ
I threw it up on here a couple years back,,,,,, Sorry to drag it up again then - I did search for "rear engine" and "mid engine" on this site before I did so.
dat2kman
I reckon its pretty neat, from an engineering point of view! Have'nt seen anymore about it though,,,, maybe they tried it out and were like,,,,, "what were we thinking,,,,"
GongZ
Maybe it got a 10 km/h car park "love-tap" from behind and was written off.
