Yea, but i won't get fined for it. After finishing the rust repairs on Vivek's 240Z and then starting another 67 Mustang fastback i squeezed in some time to build another sump and revise the front mounting cradle to get everything sitting just where i want it. This engine is now in permanently.
Little trouble parking straight there scoot?
I need to do surprisingly little more work to have this project running and driving. Another fuel tank and engine bay wiring loom are at the top of the priority list.

I have an Edelbrock combo to start with but some heat out the bonnet is something i always wanted to do. There's a quad cleveland manifold on ebay atm!
Oh yeah, that'd be mean!

Just had a look at the posts on this one
Nice project, but Lucinda ? I would have thought more Lucifa because it looks like it will be one hell of a ride and sound from the rear of it.

More progress, the alternator is fitted from a VS V8 Statesman and has had the front cover changed to suit the ford motor. Fuel and brake lines are back on, Diff, Halfshafts and Tailshaft are in and exhaust has been fitted. Seeing as it came with the $200 conversion kit i bought i was expecting to have to modify it. Turns out it is one of the best fitting exhausts i have ever seen and just needs a rear muffler and tip to complete it. It fits really tight up to the underbody.
