260DET
What ratio and condition is the short nose?
tir31
shortnose r200 is from r33 gts25t lsd 4.1 and vgc jon.
260DET
Would consider a 3.9:1 short nose at the right price for a spare, don't need a spare LSD center unless it's a torsen type.

VegasZ31T
I would offer to buy your R200 longnose 4.3 but it would cost almost as much to ship it to Las Vegas. Any chance you would sell just the longnose 4.3 ring & pinion? I have a bunch of Z31 differentials and engine parts if you would prefer a trade. Barring that, if it isn't asking too much, what is the best used parts web site in Australia for Nissan parts like that?
tir31
hi VegasZ31T, i dont have a 4.3 gearset separate atm sorry but if 1 comes up ill keep u posted. i wouldnt know where to point you either sorry for that type of thing. jon.
VegasZ31T
Thanks anyhow. After some pushing NISMO USA is now able to order them from Japan. For future planning do you know any source for R200 long nose r/p’s in the lower 5.xx:1 range? Info like that is impossible to get in the USA. And Nissan Australia has never returned an email inquiry. The closest think I have been able to find for available ratios is the following info on LSD’s: http://www.nismo.co.jp/en/products/competition/lsd/pdf/lsd_price.pdf But it still doesn’t cover the higher numerical ratios. If you have a link to a list like the above on the available ratios I would be forever grateful.
tir31
ive personally only been in contact with skyline: dr30,hr30,hr31 and z31 300zx which have 3.7 4.1 4.3 and 4.6, outside of that i cant help you with sorry. jon.
rb26zed
Hey Vegas, I'm pretty sure those ratios are available on Yahoo auctions Japan. You will probably need a middle man to buy them for you if you don't speak Japanese. Australia has a few, so I'm sure the USA would too. Ask around on Hybridz.org they will know who can get these for you.
VegasZ31T
Thanks for the model info and the leads. Unfortunately nothing higher than 4.3x was imported into the North American market, and even 4.3x's are so rare as to be nonexistent. Some other Z sites that I use for info and parts leads: http://www.z31performance.com http://www.zcar.com http://forums.240sxone.com http://forums.nicoclub.com And a general info site: http://www.carfolio.com/specifications/models/?man=4444

VegasZ31T
I forgot to mention that I have always had this option for higher numerical ratios, but I was looking for something a bit less dear – preferably used. http://kameariusa.com/L6_r200.php Thanks for everything.
