orange-Z
I am looking for new seat belts for my 74 260Z 2+2 and found these on Z Car Parts. http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/SIC03D/40-7491 They are listed as only fitting 240Z's and the supplier says they would be too short for the 2+2's. From the pictures on the web site they look like they would be long enough for the 2+2's particularly if you keep the seat moved back. Has anybody used these belts and do you think they would fit the 2+2. I like their look better than the newer styled ones. Thanks for your help. orange-Z
I was going to get the ones from Hemco and called to order them but they were closed over Xmas. I like the retro look of the Z Car Parts belts and they would save me +$100 ( a couple of tanks of go juice for the old girl or a couple of blocks of beer!!). gilltech
The Z Store ones look great, but am very doubtful that they would comply with ADRs in Australia. Best to buy Australian made seatbelts with the correct AS tags.

Heyy Scoota bro, what was the model number or size when you purchased them from Hemco? And roughly the price?

reverendzed
This was my order to Hemco for a 74 260z 2 seater, I don't imagine that the 2+2 would be much different although you would need to check mounting points etc. 2X front inertia belts are part number S1790006 with the 330mm stalks with the right angle floor mount. 2X 200mm Drop Links , part number S1800074 approx. But doesn't $130 per side seem a little bit too pricey??? :-\ Not for something that will save your life!!!!! Have a look at racing harnesses, the good ones are $500+ and are lifed for five years at international level and 10 years at national level, or when you have a crash on the track they are marked not to be used again and must be replaced.
