hey everyone

i've got a mate who can get me cheap rims from japan. I need your help to see if this combination will work. the reason why i didnt go with the 8.5 and 9.5 is cause they dont make them in those sizes.

17X8 -12 fronts

17X9 -25 rears

also i've got coilovers and flairs. the rear fenders will need to be cut because the previous owner didnt cut & weld them when he installed the flares.

thanks for the help guys

Yes like those. I'm picking up the 2p rims in champaign for $3500 brand new. I have to wait over 2 months to get them.

But 133mm of dish is worth the wait!!!!

Doesnt look like I can get cheaper prices on the Wat's. My mate said if 5 ppl buy a set in 16's it'll be $2700 each inc shipping. Thats not that great considering I've seen ppl on this site getting quoted $2500.

I've looked at alot of jap rims, even the VIP Bling Bling rims and i came to the conclusion that these would look the best on my car.

I like simple 5 spoke rims with big dish. Might end up going with black rims because i have two color schemes i'm thinking of.

either:

blood red car with black flares and black wheels

or

gold car with black flares and gold rims

the red car is more a subtle menacing look while the gold one is more a showy "look at me" effect.

oh yeah thanks to toecutter for posting my pic up. thats my pic i uploaded at classiczcars :D
