It's pretty easy to find an L20AET manifold in NZ, or an L28ET manifold on ebay in the US. I ended up buying a new one (no hidden cracks...) 18 months ago from my local dealer.

carefull, if chinna sees you got an RS-X he'll probably buy it.

Chinnas my brother and now has TWO R30 Ti skylines. DAM DR HOG. I use to have one too, still kicking myself for selling it.

We have found heaps of the manifold in the US but so dam expensive.

Lol, I've had it for nearly 7 years and it isn't going anywhere!

How much was 'too damn expensive'?

That's standard pricing. It's very unlikely you'll find one FS in Aus. for less than $300.
Stop being a tightarse & just buy one.

Yes its steam pipe
I would let it go for 400
I needs a couple of pipes welding on it and then sand blastered , I was going to machine the manifold to head surface as well
If i finish it then im going to be asking 900 for it

Here in NZ L20at manifolds show up on trademe all the time in fact there is about 3 listed right now. However they are not alone ie one is listed with head and intake for $300 another is still on a complete engine starting bid $100.

Keep an eye on trademe.co.nz and yes ozzies can bid but not other countries.

FWIW the L20AET manifold (14004-F5901) was still available in July last year and cost me $440.

no the l20et is still going to make its presance between the shock towers of the 240z while i am building up a tough f54 / p90
I am interested to see what i can get out of the l20et with just bolt on bits and ecu upgrade just for kicks ;)

i am looking at buying a motor bike to ride to work so i am selling off a few spares to fund it
