sexual_sushi
Hi guys, I'm just about to do the s14 gearbox conversion on my 240z. http://www.viczcar.com/forum/index.php/topic,3210.0.html I dont have the reaming bit to do the 1st/2nd selector shaft hole and i have limited tools in brisbane so i figure it would be just as easy to send it to a machine shop to do the hole and take the metal off the inside of the bellhousing (see pic). Does anyone know of a good machine shop around brisbane i could send it to?

sexual_sushi
Hi dat man. Ended up getting it done at Mendham Engineering down on the Ipswich Motorway. I'll find details when I get home from work. Was a bit more than I expected, maybe about $340 or something? Anyway I'll confirm all this. I'm still writing up my details on doing the transfer and making up a crossmember :S
