Honda Cb750 F2 Sohc

May as well throw this in here as there's probably some motorcycle enthusiasts among us.

 

Up for sale is my 1978 Honda CB750 F2.

Since I've had the bike it has been very reliable while using it to commute to work 3-4 times a week.
Rego expires 02/2018 and the bike qualifies for historic rego if needed.


The bike does not leak any fluid, most of the resto was completed by the previous owner who was just as meticulous as I have been.

Some of the work done over the previous few years are:
Frame and motor have been refurbished.
Previous owner had bored out the motor to 836cc.
New rings , honed the bores and lapped the valves.
The transmission has been inspection.
Cam and primary chains have been replaced and a new gaskets and seals fitted throughout the bike.
Drive chain and sprockets have been replaced.
New throttle cables
All electricals given once over and work perfectly
Electric and Kick start work well
Delkovic full exhaust, fitted recently
Bridgestone B45s under 1k old
Comes with original bars, mirrors and Exhaust
The 2 original keys are provided
Frame No. CB750G1011508 Engine No. CB750E2473005.


This bike is perfect for from any level of enthusiast.

Memories...

 

I had one just like that and sold it 36 years ago to help finance a house purchase. Too old to ride now otherwise I would have been first on the queue.

 

Great picture Peter, you're never too old to ride again.. Imagine having another in the garage 36 years later!

 

 

Note to self - I do not need another toy ;)
