Some dreamer priced 280ZX's on Carsales, their prices have firmed but thinking they are worth anywhere near S30 prices is not going to work. To the OP, be patient, a sensibly priced decent one will come up.

So just been searching the market for a while, patiently waiting for the right one as has been suggested. Yesterday I drove a 1982 white 280zx from Newcastle to where I live in Brisbane, with a boot full of spare parts, for $2500. Can confirm I have been bitten by the z bug now, the drive was just fantastic. I can't wait to get into the restoration!

Well done, also interesting is that the 280zx I referred to earlier looks to have sold. Wonder what price it got?
