It's a great build, but doesn't interest me on the same level, the O.S Giken head is much more interesting because it's a cylinder head from that period.

Yes good luck to them ..im taking the os to a new level ..its going injection 55mm itb drysump 13.1 comp hand made race pipes 90mm stroke monster only one thing in mind building the most outrageous NA L motor

I love the fact that you're always challenging yourself to step it up to the next level Peter it's great to see.

So first day back i had to know how well the os24b1 head flows stock and then with a good port to clean up a few problems.

Well first time on the bench it was quite clear the port was very small .and went in to choke and stoped flowing at 350 thou lift but still flowing 376hp .

Next i spent several hours doing the port and fixing the seat area. Well i was very surprised. 440hp flow first test ..i think 450hp flow is not going to be tuff to find

Lots getting done block prep work is well on the way . And ports are looking fantastic. Port flow is at 305 cfm through the intake. Steve at efi hardware is making a custom made set of itb for me .they are great to deal with .and clive cams are building a set of custom made billets for the new now very high flowing head ..its going to be very special
