Hey guys just wondering if the rear a arms and struts are the same in 2+2 and in 2 seaters?

Haven't noticed any difference, the A arms of a 2+2 I had here until recently looked identical to those on my 2-seater.
2+2 struts are definitely taller though, designed for a different back end able to seat additional passengers.
Unless you want additional ground clearance!!! then 2+2 rear struts are only suitable for 2+2s, unless you modify them I suppose.

ok just found a set of control arms and struts so was thinking of buying to powdercoat and install and use the struts to section for coilovers eventually.......just saves me having to have the car in pieces while i get the work done and would allow me to just exchange all in one hit

Rear lower arms are the same size but some have heavier construction than others duty ,i presume the heavy duty ones are off the 2+2.I found this out when making the Chromemoly ones. I had two pairs under the bench, and noticed two types of construction.

ok no worries how bout the struts? as they will be sectioned for coil overs the height shouldnt matter should it?
