d3n1s
Hey guys, I'm looking at getting a set of KYB shocks for my '76 2+2. Have anyone used these before? If so, what did you think of them? Cheers
krizza
I haven't used them in a Z yet (I have some on the way), but I have used them in other vehicles and found them very good quality. I used excelG struts paired with Kings low springs on my previous S13 and they were a very good combo for the street.

Moggie
How did you go did they fit ok? What p/n did you use Im about to replace shocks in my 2+2. Thanks
krizza
I finally managed to find the time to strip the rear suspension in my 75 2+2 and can confirm that the KYB ExelG shocks with part number 361003 do fit. I have the 55mm strut tubes and assume the long strut towers (as I have the taller strut insulators). The strut insert is 5mm taller than the ones I am replacing (not too sure how old these are but they are a blue KYB with part number KC4504), but sit flush with the top of the strut tube. I took a gamble with this part number from an old thread I found on this site, and ordered them from the US.
