Hey Guys Just setting up my shocks with the ground control coilovers.

Their document (Attached) isn't great at explaining the setup, are the supplied washers supposed to sit on the lip of the strut like in this photo? With the steering bearing on top?
Or should they be free to run on the strut shaft?

It sits how you have it in the picture with the bearing on top of the washers. The washers are there to just mount the stock rubber insulator and bearing.
