You'll be right mate, there aren't many cars on the road at that time so it's actually a pleasure to drive. ;)

Looking at who's responded, there will be other Z's.

Spread the word off forum guys, would be nice to see a good turnout. The route takes us through some of the nicest scenic roads in the south of NSW and it's a real shame to keep your car locked up on a Sunday!

Also, if anyone owns a two-way radio please bring it along, it will help with keeping us together. On that point, we will stop at key locations to regroup so have no fear of getting lost or left behind and as always, drive at your own pace and don't let anyone pressure you into speeding.

That's a good idea, often that's a big problem when traveling in groups people get confused and the pack gets broken up and chaos descends.

I own a pair of handheld 40ch UHF CB's. I won't be on the drive but could bring them to my work in "The Shire" next week if that would help ?

Hey Pete, I could meet up with you Monday if that suits you.
I'm sure they will come in handy.

BTW, I'm only just coming good now after Bathurst. We had a BIG Satdy night!

A couple of our guys also suffered a bit after Saturday, but that is all part of the experience of life on the Mountain.
I will bring the radio's in with me on Monday and give you a buzz to work out handover.

Cheers

FREEBIES:

Why am I listing them here you ask? 'coz if anyone wants them I can bring to the meet. So don't put dibs unless you or a mate can pick them up on the day.

If anyone wants them pm me by 8:30pm 19th Oct or I'll just throw them in the council clean up.

Centre console for 260z 2 seater or 2+2. Repaired crack and couple of holes drilled but still presentable, no lid.

A pair of Narva 7" H4 headlamps in perfect nick-you can use whatever H4 globes you want. They came off my 260z because I didn't like the flat lense. They also fit many other cars as well.

Weather looks fine for Sunday and Bundanoon are expecting us just after midday. We should have a good appetite by then. :)

Don't forget to fill up before you get to the meeting point and bring your two way if you have one.

trying to clear the decks to bring the zed for a run. Checked the map link and it doesn't seem to be operational. Anyone else seeing that?

thanks George. Normally no issue and (am logged in) and use google maps for my business regularly.
Am trying to sort Sunday to get along too. I actually live at Woonona and the route proposed passes right by, so I might try and pick up on the way through rather than go up to Loftus to come back down again.
thanks for the map image too
