Hey all, Just saw a Z and was wondering who lives so close to me. from memory it was silver,280zx, headlight covers, louvers coming from beaudesert road way going towards slacks creek, just infront of the calamvale pub. who was it?

Also My red slicktops going for rwc either wednesday or thursday and im going to be rushing to get her registered, sacrifice afew hundred lol. Looking forward to seeing everyones z's and hopefully getting a club member ship Whats happening down there? And just in case rwc and then rego doesnt go through smoothly how soons the next get together? cheers

How about a run to Lockrose on June 13th There is a Dirt motorkhana taking place there. Those who want to compete can and anyone else can watch or help with timing. There are some great country roads around there too. Particularly from our side of town as we would probably go over Glorious.

Sounds like a plan, For motorkhana'n I need a cams approved fire extinguisher+a helmet right? Is it hard to get a speed 2 licence?
In afew months when my mates get everything sorted should be motorkhana'n all the time, mates fixing up a series 2 rx7 and anothers a 79 fiat x1/9, Rx7 mate has a rally track/khanacross track in his acreage. Its just past coomera so you guys are all welcome to come, no idea on costs(if there are any, don't know how it all works yet) But yeah, should be brilliant lol

no fire extinguisher or helmet required for a motorkhana. (helmets are only required if you have a convertible).

Level L2S is not hard to get just fill out the form and attach a photo (assuming you don't have any health or legal issues to declare). You do need to be a member of a CAMS affiliated club. The fee is $100 for the L2S License.

However for Motorkhana you only need a L2NS (Non speed) which is cheaper. It just depends if you plan to do any sprints etc (which would require the L2S

The other alternative is a day membership and license. I think these are $25 and if you choose to promote it to a full license later they give you a discount.

The entry fee for the motorkhana is $35 for an early entry or $40 on the day.

Congratulations,nice she went to a good home, just read over the  forum, it went for about double what i paid for mine lol. But i had to do a bit of mucking around with the electrics. Greenbank, so theres atleast 3 other early z's I know of around here xD +the guy with 5 z31's lol,
