ALL-Z-PARTS ?
« on: December 22, 2011, 02:53:20 PM »
Are these people still open. Warren has owed me some bits that I have paid for since March and I can't get any responce either by phone, fax or e-mail. Add the cost of calls I am out of pocket to the tune of about $200.00  ??? ???
Cheers,

Hi Peter,

Yes, they apparently are still open, but Warren hasn't been answering the phone  (I have heard there are health isues), but was told that his wife is responding to enquiries.
I will be going up to Hornsby over the Christmas break, will call in and eyeball the operation for you!

Regards

Paul

Thanks Paul,
I am aware of the health issues and the problems that were caused by what happened in Japan earlier this year, but the least one could expect is to get a refund if the parts can't be supplied any more and I can source them elseware. After all it has been nine months. 8)
Cheers,

Send an email - best record anyway. :)

I have been dealing with Warren "off & on" since mid 1990's - you will get a resolution - it's just a case of 'when" NOT "if" ;)

I think he meant the whole earth quake / tsunami thing and just Japan not Warren...

AllZparts is where I have sourced nearly all the parts I have needed since I have owned my 240Z. I have always found them excellent to deal with. I really hope Warren is okay as he is a nice guy also I won't know where else to get my bits from.

I went out there last week but the place was locked-up. Hard to tell whether at 10am they were just late opening (no hours on the door) or closed on a more permanent basis. There was no-one about to ask, either.

Hi all,

Warren's had a heart issue and was in hospital for a while and only just getting back into things very slowly.

His wife is trying to look after him and get to any emails where possible, just keep trying.
