Mr Camouflage Posted December 1, 2011 Posted December 1, 2011 Heres a little quiz for you to ponder on. What has Nissans Z car and Iron Man From the movie have in common? (And not its nothing to do with headlight mods). Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted December 1, 2011 Moderators Posted December 1, 2011 Just a guess...did the Z influence the design of Iron Man? Quote
handsandwhich Posted December 1, 2011 Posted December 1, 2011 They both rust at the mere sight of water? Quote
luvemfast Posted December 1, 2011 Posted December 1, 2011 i hope MaygZ is correct! I somewhat, very much, doubt that He cant even get his shoes on the right feet Quote
Mr Camouflage Posted December 2, 2011 Author Posted December 2, 2011 Just a guess...did the Z influence the design of Iron Man? No, but closest answer so far. Quote
MaygZ Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 I somewhat, very much, doubt that He cant even get his shoes on the right feet Simon's right. I only get one on my right foot - the other on my left. He must be special to have two right feet. Justin is no match for George!! Quote
RB30X Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 The first one was the best and the sequels got worse and worse? Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted December 2, 2011 Moderators Posted December 2, 2011 The first one was the best and the sequels got worse and worse? I think that's the best answer so far.... hahaha Quote
RB30X Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 I think that's the best answer so far.... hahaha Apart from the 350z of course. Quote
luvemfast Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Justin is no match for George!! older, wiser and a lil more demented...... The first one was the best and the sequels got worse and worse? Ouch.... hang on a minute. In the first movie the first suit helped him to secape, but had all sorts of issues with balance, fumes and failures. The actual Iron Man suit took a few shots to get right? Quote
RB30X Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 He he he. I was talking about movies not suits in the one movie. The 280zx is like Superman number 4. Tee he he he Quote
nizm0zed Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 If you get them both wet on the inside, they rust in the (dog)legs? Or, just being silly with a massive longshot.... Yoshihiko Matsuo was a huge marvel fan and had Iron man comics as a kid? Quote
RB30X Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Only Eccentric millionaires build them??? Tell us already. Quote
salty Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 just being silly with a massive longshot.... Yoshihiko Matsuo was a huge marvel fan and had Iron man comics as a kid? thats bullcrap, Shintaro killed him in the 15th century Quote

Mr Camouflage Posted December 2, 2011 Author Posted December 2, 2011 Some funny comments, but the answer I had in mind is this: In 1995 Nissan was planning to replace the Z32 300ZX in 1998 with a new Z car. Phil Saunders was designer at Nissan Design International in San Diego. Usual Practice was for the different Nissan design departments to come up with different designs, in a competition of sorts. This was Phil's Design for the new Z. It won through to the Advanced stage in Japan, but then Nissan decided to cancel the Z, and the Z32 was the last Z made until Nissan revived the project some years later producing the Z33 350Z. Phil Left Nissan in 1995, and continued his design career. Oh yeah, Iron Man. He designed the Iron Man suit for the movie. http://philsaunders.blogspot.com/search?updated-min=2008-01-01T00:00:00-08:00&updated-max=2009-01-01T00:00:00-08:00&max-results=21 Quote
RB30X Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 And that right there is why they weren't allowed to make a zed for another ten years. Quote
